On 6th of March, the meeting
with Ambassador of India, Jang Jae-bok was held, and this meaningful meeting
emphasized that the cooperation between Korea and India has been strengthened.
Moreover, it was confirmed that India has already become a major partner with
Korean industry.
The Korea Accreditation Board (KAB) is responding
to the increasing demand for KAB accredited certification from Indian
certification bodies and companies, and is making various efforts to enhance
the export capabilities of South Korean companies to India.
As part of these efforts, from March 3rd to
7th, Park Jin-suh, the CEO of KAB, along with the KAB International Cooperation
Team, personally visited India to strengthen cooperation.
On March 4th, CEO Park Jin-suh met with
Ambassador Jang Jae-bok of India. During this meeting, lively discussions took
place regarding KAB certification, management system certification, and current
trends in the Indian industry. Additionally, practical meetings were held with
Bae Jun-hwa, the head of KOTRA headquarters, and representatives from the
Korean business community.
On this day, KAB confirmed cooperation with
the Indian Embassy and KOTRA to support entry into the Indian market.
